Terms of Service

By using this website and/or booking services with In Kyle's Chair, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Appointments & Cancellations

    • Appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice
      (exceptions may be made for compassionate reasons at discretion of owner),

    • A 50% deposit will be taken at time of booking for all colouration/extension services, 

    • Missed colouration/extension service appointments will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and, under the discretion of the owner, banning from booking future appointments

  2. Services

    • ​All services are provided based on consultation and professional judgment,

    • Clients are responsible for disclosing relevant hair history (including previous colour or chemical treatments) on the client intake form,

  3. Payments, Refunds & Adjustments

    • ​Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated,

    • Prices are subject to change without notice.

    • Due to the nature of hair services, monetary refunds are not typically offered. However, if you are unhappy with the services provided please reach out as adjustments or complementary follow-up appointments may be offered on a case-by-case basis,

  4. Health & Safety​

    • Kyle takes the health and safety of his clientele seriously​. Clients are required to inform him of any allergies, sensitivities, or relevant scalp/skin conditions prior to service. He reserves the right to refuse service if it may compromise hair integrity or his/his clients safety.

  5. Limitation of Liability​

    • ​We are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or website.

    • We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
